Qualifications

• Proven IT recruitment experience, preferably in an employment or recruitment services firm.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client and candidate relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for recruitment challenges.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is desirable.
