Xpentra is seeking a proactive HR Executive in Mumbai to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. The role emphasizes strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills to support multiple hiring needs.

You will source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and handle onboarding and background verification processes with diligence. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of recruitment and HR operations experience, a relevant degree, and proficiency in MS

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR onboarding operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate salary and roll out offer letters.
• Maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

HR Operations

• Collect and verify all pre-joining and joining documents.
• Coordinate and complete Background Verification (BGV) for new hires.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process.
• Coordinate with IT/Admin for laptop procurement and allocation.
• Maintain employee onboarding, recruitment, and HR trackers accurately.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
