Keka Inc. is seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and contribute to talent acquisition initiatives. The role supports sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding to attract top talent for our growing FinTech team.

Qualifications

• MBA (HR) or an equivalent degree is required for this role.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Post job openings on portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate offer rollouts and follow up with candidates until joining.
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
• Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
