Job summary

Smartbridge Educational Services Private Limited is seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to handle the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, along with good communication skills. Experience in IT recruitment is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams.
