Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to oversee end-to-end recruitment in Gurugram. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, and referrals, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to close vacancies on time.

Responsibilities include managing salary negotiations, joining formalities, maintaining recruitment MIS, and ensuring documentation and process compliance.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.


• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and recruitment consultants.


• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.


• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close vacancies within timelines.


• Handle candidate communication, follow-ups, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.


• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS.


• Monitor recruitment targets, offer-to-joining ratios, and hiring progress.


• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with recruitment processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.


• 1.53 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.


• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and HRMS.


• Strong sourcing, screening, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.


• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.


• Good stakeholder management and candidate follow-up skills.


• Target-oriented, organised, and proactive in closing positions.
