Job summary

Bonami Software Private Limited is seeking an IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. You will manage end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing to offer closure, screening and shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

You will build a strong pipeline of IT talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience and working closely with internal stakeholders to meet hiring timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing to offer closure.
• Strong sourcing, screening and shortlisting of IT candidates.
• Experience coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand requirements from hiring managers and IT skill needs.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills and experience.
• Conduct initial HR/telephonic screenings.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the process.
• Build a strong pipeline of IT talent and close positions within timelines.
