Job summary

Pan Asia HR Solution is seeking an IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end IT recruitment with 2–4 years of hands-on experience, preferably from an IT recruitment consultancy. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closure of technical positions from our T. Nagar, Chennai office.

The ideal candidate will handle multiple requirements, maintain pipelines, and ensure joining at scale, reporting to the internal hiring teams. This is a 100% office-based role in Chennai.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of total IT Recruitment experience only.
• Complete hands-on IT recruitment experience.
• IT Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in sourcing and closing technical/IT positions.
• Must have experience handling end-to-end recruitment.
• Must be comfortable working with multiple IT requirements and recruitment targets.
• Willing to work 100% from office at T. Nagar, Chennai.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for multiple technical requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand technical requirements and effectively screen candidates based on skills, experience, project exposure, and job fit.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate technical interviews, HR discussions, follow-ups, and offer processes.
• Ensure regular follow-up with candidates until successful joining.
• Handle multiple IT requirements simultaneously and work effectively against recruitment targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate submissions, interview, offer, and joining trackers.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
• Work closely with internal hiring teams and recruitment managers to understand requirements and closure priorities.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure minimum dropouts during the recruitment cycle.

About the Role

We are looking for a Pure IT Recruiter with 2 to 4 years of strong, hands-on IT recruitment experience, preferably from an IT Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing background.

The ideal candidate must have complete exposure to the end-to-end IT recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, follow-ups, offer management, and joining.

Mandatory Requirements

Candidates must meet ALL the below criteria:

• 2 to 4 years of total IT Recruitment experience only.
• Must have complete hands-on IT recruitment experience.
• IT Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in sourcing and closing technical/IT positions.
• Must have experience handling end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies, technical skills, job requirements, and candidate screening.
• Must be comfortable working with multiple IT requirements and recruitment targets.
• Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, etc.
• Excellent communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Must be willing to work 100% from office at T. Nagar, Chennai.
