You will manage the full lifecycle from candidate discovery to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with Palni's hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Source IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication and fit.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the process.
• Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer discussions.
• Coordinate onboarding with internal teams.
• Stay updated on hiring trends and technologies.
