Tekskills in Chennai invites an IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end IT recruitment in a hybrid work model. You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and portals, screen for technical fit, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.

You will negotiate offers, maintain candidate pipelines, and drive timely closures in a target-led environment, with emphasis on communication and proactive sourcing.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies and roles.
• Excellent sourcing and screening skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
