Job summary

Lumina Datamatics in Mumbai’s Andheri is seeking a dynamic Non-IT Recruiter with at least 4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience. You will source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking, screen and shortlist profiles, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and drive timely closures.

This is a day-shift, five-day workweek with fixed Saturdays and Sundays off, and a work-from-office setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience in Non-IT hiring.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills with stakeholder management.
• Good communication and ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
