Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.

• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/HR interview rounds.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Negotiate compensation, notice period, and other employment terms with candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and business teams throughout the recruitment process.
• Track candidate status and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Achieve recruitment targets and meet defined turnaround times.
