Freshers with strong communication skills and candidates with up to 3 years of recruitment experience are welcome to apply. You will source and screen candidates through diverse channels, coordinate interviews, and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and willingness to learn IT recruitment.
• Freshers allowed with excellent communication; 1–3 years preferred.
• Ability to identify, screen, and engage suitable candidates via multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and compensation.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
• Explain job opportunities, roles, responsibilities, and company details to candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations wherever required.
• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles against assigned requirements.
• Track interview feedback, selections, offers, and joining status.
• Meet individual and team recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.

• Basic knowledge of Boolean Search is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in Talent Acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications

• Any Bachelor's degree / MBA / PG in HR or a related discipline.
• Freshers: Strong communication skills and interest in recruitment.
• 1–3 Years: Prior experience in IT / Technical Recruitment or Talent Acquisition preferred.
