E Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking a skilled IT recruitment professional to manage the end-to-end hiring process for technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.

You will work with hiring managers, source candidates via job portals and networks, screen for technical fit, coordinate interviews, and build a strong candidate pipeline to meet weekly quotas. The role emphasizes candidate experience and timely closure of open positions, while staying updated on IT skills and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical/IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and compensation.
• Conduct initial HR screening and candidate assessments to evaluate communication, technical exposure, and overall suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, follow-ups, and offer discussions with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming IT requirements.
• Track candidate status and maintain accurate recruitment trackers/MIS reports.
• Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and achieve weekly/monthly hiring targets.
• Work on positions across technologies such as Java, .NET, SAP, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Testing, and other IT skills.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hires.
• Identify and resolve challenges related to notice period, compensation, location, interview availability, and offer acceptance.
• Stay updated on IT skills, market trends, talent availability, and sourcing strategies
