Job summary

Job Purpose

To manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and non-IT positions, ensuring timely sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding of suitable candidates based on the organization's manpower requirements.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Handle recruitment for IT/technical and non-IT/non-technical positions across different functions and levels.
• Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and prepare or update Job Descriptions accordingly.
• Source candidates through Naukri, other job portals, recruitment databases, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, qualifications, experience, skills, and organizational fit.
• Conduct initial HR screening/interviews and coordinate technical and managerial interviews with the respective hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Effectively explain and present the organization, job role, career opportunity, and employment conditions to prospective candidates.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current, future, and niche hiring requirements.
• Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously and ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment priorities and provide regular updates on candidate status.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and databases.
• Engage with potential candidates through social media and professional networking platforms.
• Coordinate documentation and pre-joining formalities.
• Ensure a smooth joining and onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Support recruitment activities and other HR requirements as assigned by management.
