Job summary

We are seeking a motivated and proactive IT Recruiter for Bangalore location to handle end-to-end IT recruitment activities. You will understand client requirements, source suitable candidates, conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and drive successful closures.

The ideal candidate should have good communication, strong sourcing abilities, and a passion for building a career in recruitment. This is a full-time role based in Vijayanagar, Bangalore, with work-from-office modality.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Good knowledge of IT recruitment and technical hiring.
• Hands-on sourcing via Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze IT job requirements from clients.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, location, CTC, notice period.
• Conduct initial telephonic/online screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and hiring teams.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients.
• Negotiate salary/CTC and assist with offers and joining process.
• Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment team to ensure timely closure.
• Maintain records of interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
