Job summary

RP Clan is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter for Bengaluru to handle non-IT recruitment end-to-end, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews for Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and other non-technical roles.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on experience in non-IT hiring, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment channels. Immediate joiners preferred; a growth-oriented environment is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
• Strong volume hiring and sales recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Good sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred with Bengaluru market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, portals, referrals, and social media.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate rounds with hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and maintain regular candidate communication.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and pipeline for non-IT roles.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiterwith a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Non-IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills and be comfortable handling end-to-end recruitment for sales, pre-sales, marketing, and other non-technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment processfrom sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further rounds with hiring managers.
• Schedule and follow up on interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
• Handle recruitment for Sales, Pre-Sales, Relationship Managers, Marketing, Operations, and other Non-IT roles.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate salary and manage offer discussions with selected candidates.
• Coordinate documentation and joining formalities.
• Maintain a healthy recruitment pipeline and ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.
• Track recruitment metrics such as source of hire, interview-to-selection ratio, joining ratio, and time-to-hire.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
• Strong experience in volume hiring and sales recruitmentwill be preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Good candidate sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
• Good knowledge of the Bengaluru talent marketwill be an advantage.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
