Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive Recruiter with 2+ years of non-IT recruitment experience. You will own end-to-end hiring, source candidates across portals like Naukri and LinkedIn, screen thoroughly, coordinate interviews, and close offers while partnering with hiring managers.

The role requires handling multiple vacancies, strong communication, and a proven ability to meet tight timelines with accuracy and ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Experience in recruiting for roles such as sales, operations, administration, customer service, education, HR, finance, or other non-IT functions will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ownership towards recruitment targets and closures.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with any ATS/HRMS will be an added advantage.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter with around 2 years of experience in non-IT recruitment to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.

The candidate should be comfortable handling multiple vacancies simultaneously and working closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within the required timelines.
