Datamark Bpo Service in Ambattur, Chennai is seeking an experienced recruiter to source and screen candidate profiles from Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals. You will identify suitable candidates, coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, and follow up throughout the process.

The role involves collecting documents for onboarding, coordinating with the onboarding team, and maintaining recruitment trackers to provide regular updates.

Competenze

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Hands-on sourcing on Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collect and verify candidate documents for onboarding and compliance purposes.
• Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth joining experience for selected candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Candidates from Recruitment Consultancies, Staffing Firms, BPOs, or Shared Services organizations are preferred.
• Hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates residing in or around Ambattur are preferred.
