Job summary

Exedy Clutch India is looking for a Stores/Inventory Coordinator to manage RM stores, packing materials, and consumables, ensuring FIFO and precise stock records. You will coordinate loading/unloading, despatch to subcontractors, and maintain ERP data for receipts and issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in RM stores, packing materials and consumables.
• Knowledge of FIFO and stock preservation.
• Familiarity with job-work and book vs physical stock.

• Good written and verbal communication, planning and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Control receipts and issues of materials; maintain FIFO.
• Ensure proper loading/unloading of vehicles and storage.
• Despatch materials to subcontractors and monitor stock across cycles.
• Maintain ERP records for receipts, issues and balances.
• Lead cycle counting and reconcile system vs physical stock.
• Monitor 5-S in stores and shelf-life items.
• Interact with internal/external auditors and manage stock-takes.
• Oversee subcontracting processes and record keeping.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• 1) Contro on recipts on incoming raw materials, BOR & BOSF parts.
• 2) Ensure proper loading and unloading of vehicles / consignments.
• 3) Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials.
• 4) Control on issues of materials & ensure FIFO
• 5) Despatch of materials to subcontractors for processing/job-work.
• 6) Proper maintenance of all the records of receipts, issues, & balances in hand in the ERP.
• 7)Manage the cycle counting programme & ensure the invetory accuracy.
• 8)Monitoring/re-conciliation of system stock vs physical stock through periodic audit.
• 9)Ensure 5-S conditions in the stores department.
• 10)Monitoring of shelf-life items
• 11)Responsible for interaction with internal/external auditors, bank auditors
• 12)To facilitate physical stock taking from time to time by management
• 13)Subcontracting continuous monitoring of processes established with vendor, conversion norms, scraped material and proper records of despatches, receipts and balances with subcontractor.
• 14)Close monitoring & control of inventory using various tools and techniques like ABC analysis, inventories turnover ratio, minimum/maximum level set up etc
• 15) Slow moving/non-moving inventories identification, Age-wise analysis & its disposal action.
• 16)Knowledge of GST, E-way bill and related return
• 18)Knowledge of ISO 9000 / IATF 16949 standards
• 19)Experience of working on ERP, Microsoft office (word/excel/power point)
• 20)MIS report generation and update the top management
