Shift openness and night shift flexibility are required for customer service roles. Immediate notice period and 30 days option may be considered. Candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to work in a 24x7 environment are encouraged to attend; on-the-spot

• Ability to drive independent case resolution and support process improvements.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, web-based tools, email systems, and data management activities.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment.
• Open to work from office.
