Job summary

Capgemini is hosting a recruitment event in Noida for Customer Service-Voice Process Professionals on 29th August (Saturday) from 10 AM to 2 PM. The opportunity is ideal for candidates with 1-5 years of voice process experience, willing to work in all shifts and open to office-based work in Noida.

Location is Capgemini Technology Services India Limited, NSEZ Noida; notice period is immediate or up to 30 days. Night shift flexibility is mandatory for this customer service role.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in BPO, Healthcare, Claims Processing, Customer Service, Collections, or related operations.
• Experience in handling complex customer issues, escalations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive independent case resolution and support process improvements.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, web-based tools, email systems, and data management activities.
