Job Responsibilities:

• 1 to 5 years of experience in BPO, Healthcare, Claims Processing, Customer Service, Collections, or related operations - (International voice experience is must)
• Experience in handling complex customer issues, escalations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive independent case resolution and support process improvements.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, web-based tools, email systems, and data management activities.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment.
