Qualifications

• Excellent verbal English communication (neutral accent preferred).
• Additional languages (Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam) are a strong advantage.
• Active listening and effective questioning.
• Problem-solving and objection handling.
• Customer service and telecalling experience.
• CRM and computer skills (MS Office, typing).
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
