You will manage end-to-end recruitment for global markets, including the US, UK and Europe, and collaborate with hiring managers to fill critical roles. Ideal candidates will source via LinkedIn, portals, referrals, and Boolean searches, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and support salary negotiations and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in international recruitment.
• Knowledge of US visa categories (H-1B, L, EAD, OPT, CPT).
• Understanding of UK and European work visa requirements.
• Familiarity with US hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent communication and candidate management skills.
