Job summary

Interview Kickstart, Bengaluru, is seeking an experienced recruiter with a focus on the US market to manage end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates on LinkedIn and US job boards, screen for skills and fit, and drive offers to closure.

You will coordinate interviews, track metrics in the ATS, and ensure timely, quality hires, while aligning with US work authorization requirements and business hours.

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of recruitment experience in the US market.
• Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Understanding of US work authorizations and employment types (e.g., US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, W2, C2C, 1099).
• Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn Recruiter and US job boards.
• Excellent spoken and written English, and confidence engaging US-based candidates and stakeholders.
• Experience working with an ATS and hiring metrics.
• Flexibility to work during US business hours when needed.
