Job summary

Integrated Personnel Services Limited is seeking an recruiter to handle end-to-end international recruitment from Mumbai. You will source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri and other portals, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with overseas hiring managers.

You will build a steady candidate pipeline, track progress, and ensure timely feedback and closures. Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in recruitment, familiarity with international markets (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia), strong sourcing

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 - 4 years of experience in recruitment or international hiring.
• Experience hiring for international markets such as the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, or other regions will be an advantage.
• Candidates with strong sourcing and communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for international clients and overseas positions.

• Coordinate documentation and joining formalities as required.
