Job summary

Teleperformance is hiring International Chat Support Executives in India to handle customer queries via chat and convert inquiries into sales. You will work five days a week on rotational 10-hour shifts, with two rotational weekly offs and a strict no-leave policy for the first three months.

Graduates are mandatory; freshers and experienced applicants may apply. Excellent written English is required, and regular course students are not eligible.

Role & responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via chat.
• Assist customers with product and service information.
