Job summary

Pivotal Placements is hiring an E-commerce Customer Support Executive in Pune. The role involves handling orders, deliveries, refunds, and payments via voice/chat/email with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

You will work on a rotational shift schedule from the office (WFO) with 5 working days per week. Excellent English communication and basic computer skills are essential to support domestic and international customers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate


• Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO / Customer Support experience preferred (Domestic or International).


• E-commerce customer support experience will be an added advantage.


• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.


• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills required.


• Must be comfortable with rotational shifts.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to 32,000 CTC per month


• Working Days: 5 Days


• Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
