Job summary

Transcom in Pune is hiring for an International Non-Voice chat/process-based Customer Support Executive. The role involves handling international chat and email queries, providing top-notch service, and resolving customer issues with a positive attitude.

The position requires English fluency and 6 months of BPO experience, with shifts across a 24x7 rotation. CTC is up to 35,000 INR per month, with cab facilities provided by both sides.

Qualifications

• English proficiency mandatory.
• 6 months of experience in BPO.
• Experience in International Voice/Chat processes preferred.
• Strong customer handling skills and a positive attitude.

• Handle customer queries through international Chat/Email/Voice.

Candidate Requirements:

• NOTE - ENGLISH & 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE IN BPO IS MANDATORY.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice/Chat Process.
