Team Vertex Cosmos in Pune is hiring a Customer Support Executive for our International Chat Process on an e-commerce platform. You will handle customer queries, guide order and payment issues, and ensure a high standard of service.

We welcome candidates with excellent verbal communication and at least 6 months of experience in international voice processes; freshers with strong communication are also considered. Rotational shifts and cab facility are provided.
