Job summary

StarClinch is seeking an HR Associate/Intern to support talent acquisition in a fast-paced startup environment. Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of HR exposure are welcome.

You will assist in sourcing and screening candidates, coordinate interviews, and help maintain hiring trackers. A ₹15,000 per month stipend is offered with a potential Pre-Placement Offer.

This internship offers hands-on HR experience and a path to a full-time role upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 0–6 months HR internship or related entry-level experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivatedHR Associate / Internto support our HR team, with a primary focus ontalent acquisition and recruitment activities. This role is best suited for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to gain hands‑on exposure to HR processes in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior HR insourcing and screening candidatesfrom multiple platforms.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviewswith shortlisted candidates.
  
• Maintain hiring trackers and update candidate databases regularly.
  
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and status updates.
  
• Support HR team in documentation and other day-to-day tasks as needed.
  

Requirements
