Job summary

Our AI-powered mock interview platform is designed to help recruiters, students and working professionals conduct, practice and evaluate interviews more effectively. The company is currently small, led by an IIT-IIM graduate, and offers an excellent working environment.

About the Internship

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Recruitment Intern to support our hiring activities and gain hands-on experience across the recruitment lifecycle.

The intern will work closely with the recruitment team and will be involved in sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews and supporting various recruitment initiatives. This role will provide exposure to both the operational and strategic aspects of recruitment in a fast-paced start-up environment.
