Naukri.com, a leading Indian recruitment brand, is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive to sell customized services to job seekers and speed their job search. You will handle outbound calls, explain benefit features, and strive to meet ambitious daily targets.

Ideal candidates have 0–6 years of sales experience, strong communication and objection handling, and a willingness to work in a dynamic target-driven setting. Six-day work and incentive plans apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate with 0–6 years experience.
• Role involves outbound calling and selling services.
• Knowledge of Naukri FastForward products is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Connect with pre-generated leads via outbound calls (80–100 per day).
• Explain benefits of Naukri FastForward services to new customers.
• Initiate repeat sales via follow-up calls; understand customer needs.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets.
• Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth from existing customers.
• Adhere to quality standards and defined processes.

Job Objective:

The objective of this role is to sell customized services to job seekers and help them expedite their job search.

Job Description:

• Connect and engage with pre generated leads via outbound calls (approx. 80-100 calls)
• Reach out to new customers and explain to them the benefits of Naukri FastForward services
• Initiate repeat sales by follow up phone calls from existing customers Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs
• Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales
• Achieve sales targets by new customer acquisition and ensure growth / revenue from existing customers
• Adhere to quality standardsand processes within defined metrics
