Job summary

Cynosure Corporate Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Executive in Chennai to handle leads, communicate in Hindi, and convert prospects into sales through follow-ups and pitch.

You will manage inbound/outbound calls, maintain customer engagement, and update leads in CRM systems while achieving sales targets and KPIs. Fresh graduates to 3 years’ experience are welcome; fluency in Hindi and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate or Undergraduate is acceptable.
• 0–3 years of inside sales / telecalling experience.
• Mandatory fluency in Hindi (Speak & Understand).
• Good communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales process and customer handling.

Responsibilities
