Job summary

Stellar Information Technology in Gurugram is seeking an Executive Inside Sales to handle chats and calls, promoting our offerings and driving revenue. The role involves outbound calls for renewals and upgrades, building strong client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to meet targets.

The candidate should be a graduate with 6 months call center experience or fresher, fluent in English and comfortable with Hindi as a second language. Shifts run 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM.

Qualifications

• Graduation in BSc/BBA/BCom or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months call center experience or fresher, both acceptable.
• Willing to work in 24/7 shifts.
• Good written and spoken English; Hindi as a second language.

Responsibilities

• Answer chats and toll-free calls to assist customers with offerings.
• Make outbound calls to existing clients for renewals/upgrades/new sales.
• Build relationships with clients and convert them into revenue.
• Coordinate with departments to meet business goals.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities and client interactions.

Key Deliverables / Principal Accountabilities:

1. Answering chats and toll free calls and helping customer with offerings we have
2. Doing outbound calls to existing clients and offer them renewals / upgrades/ new sale etc
3. Build relationship with client and converting them into revenue
4. Coordination with different departments as and when required to fulfil business goals
5. Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
6. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile (Qualification, Experience & Skills required):

Desired Experience:

• Minimum 6 months experience in call center or fresher
• Comfortable working in 24/7 shift
• Must be fluent in English writing and speaking
• Must have Hindi as second language (fluent in Hindi speaking)
• Basic computer/ technical knowledge

Qualifications:

Candidate must be graduate (Bsc , BBA, Bcom etc)
