Job summary

BE-CODES LTD in Chandigarh is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Development Representative to generate appointments and new business opportunities across North America and Europe.

You will qualify prospects, engage business and technical executives, manage campaigns, and record activities in CRM, with a target-driven approach and ongoing training to achieve objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh.

Qualifications

• The Inside Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating appointments and new business opportunities. Lead generation efforts include qualifying the prospect, decision-makers and processes, and setting up sales calls and meetings.
• Call potential clients in mid-market to enterprise company segments across North America and Europe, and generate qualified leads for IT software, product and consulting services using proven sales methods.
• Fluently speak with both business and technical executives and senior managers.
• Managing Client programs and campaigns.
• Meet or exceed targets for both prospecting and generating qualified leads.
• Record all sales activity in CRM.
• Provide feedback and recommendations on company marketing efforts based on direct experiences.
• Attend and participate in training as required to achieve objectives.
