Job summary

Al Fahad Enterprises in Bengaluru is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role. You will handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate order processing from initial request through fulfillment, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.

You will work closely with operations and other teams, maintain CRM records, support sales reporting, and help build strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.

Role Description The Inside Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating order processing from initial request through fulfillment. The role involves maintaining regular communication with customers, addressing questions, and ensuring a positive experience that supports customer satisfaction and repeat business. The Inside Sales Coordinator collaborates with operations and other internal teams to track orders, update records, and provide accurate status information. Daily tasks also include maintaining sales documentation, updating CRM or tracking systems, and supporting sales reporting and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills, including handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting closing of orders.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage client relationships and resolve issues effectively.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess accurate Order Processing skills, including data entry, documentation, and coordination with operations.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
