Job summary

Savi Vision is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with quotations, customer coordination, order processing, and documentation, coordinating with Pre-Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Logistics, and Service teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires graduate qualifications, MBA preferred, 1–4 years' experience in sales coordination or related roles, and proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook and CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
• 1-4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
• Preference given to candidates from AV, IT, ELV, Electronics, Telecom, or System Integration industries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team for enquiries, quotations, customer follow-ups, order processing, and sales documentation.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports, and maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP.
• Liaise with Pre-Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Logistics, and Service teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely deliveries.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, purchase orders, payments, deliveries, and AMC renewals.
• Schedule customer meetings, maintain sales pipelines, and provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer communications and commercial records.
