Job summary

The Human Resources Manager at Drivers4Me is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. You will oversee HR operations for office staff and driver partners, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

You will develop HR policies, ensure labor-law compliance, maintain HR documentation, and drive training, engagement, and retention initiatives to foster an inclusive, high-performance workplace.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
• Prior experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, preferably in services or startup sectors.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory HR practices.

Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for both office staff and driver partners. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, and maintain accurate HR documentation and systems. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating hiring processes, managing HR communications, addressing employee and driver queries, organizing training and development initiatives, and supporting engagement and retention programs. The role also involves collaborating with management to align HR strategies with business goals and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Salary - Approx 3 - 3.5LPA
