Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, supporting employee engagement, maintaining HR processes, and contributing to the overall people strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for suitable candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across multiple functions.
• Execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and documentation.
• Ensure HR compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
• Support performance management, appraisals, and employee development.
• Maintain employee records and HRMIS with accuracy.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment and general HR.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition.
• Experience in employee engagement and HR operations.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and HR documentation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Qualification

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
