Job summary

GREST in Gurugram, India seeks an HR Manager to act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. You will drive talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, workforce planning, and employee relations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires an MBA/PGDM in HR with 5+ years in Talent Management or Generalist HR, strong HR process knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management. Onsite work in Gurugram with ESOPs based on performance.

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, Employee Relations or Generalist HR roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and performance management practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and provide HR solutions to support business goals.
  • Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and drive a positive work culture.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Analyze HR metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvement actions.
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and career development.
  • Partner with Learning & Development teams to identify and address capability gaps.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR processes.
  • Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
