Job summary

TrailblazeX is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to support end-to-end recruitment for junior and entry-level roles, source candidates via portals and LinkedIn, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. You will assist onboarding and maintain employee documentation while supporting HR operations.

We value someone in a graduate or final-year program in HR/Business Administration who is eager to learn, with 0–1 year of experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate or final-year student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience; prior internship experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite environment
• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
