Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate assessments.
• Create and deliver effective onboarding programs for new hires.

Employee Relations:

• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide solutions in line with company policies.
• Foster a positive workplace environment through employee engagement initiatives.
• Organize team-building activities and employee recognition programs.

HR Administration:

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Process payroll, track attendance, and handle leave management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Performance Management:

• Support the development and implementation of performance review systems.
• Assist managers in setting goals and conducting performance appraisals.
• Provide guidance on professional development opportunities.

Training and Development:
