Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR or related experience.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in BBA, MBA, Psychology or related field.
• Interested in HR / Talent Acquisition / Employee Relations / HR Operations.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written), strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with candidate sourcing, screening and interview scheduling.
• Experience with onboarding and documentation procedures.
• Willing to work from Noida, Sector 16.
• Available for 5.5 days per week.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with department hiring managers.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and orientation processes for new joiners.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance logs, and HR database systems.
• Address employee grievances and assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
• Support the HR team in executing performance management and compliance processes.
