Job summary

Smart Vision Consultancy Services in Noida is seeking a Senior Associate HRBP to act as a strategic partner between HR and business teams, driving employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations for the assigned unit.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of Core HRBP experience, a graduate degree, and night-shift availability. You will collaborate with leadership, handle employee relations, and support recruitment and compensation processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; HR specialization preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Core HRBP experience.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office/HRMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and managers to understand workforce needs and align HR strategy with business goals
• Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle management including onboarding, performance reviews, engagement, and exit formalities
• First point of contact for employee grievances and resolution
• Support performance management cycles, goal-setting, appraisals, and PIP tracking
• Analyze HR metrics and share actionable insights with leadership
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and SOPs
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on manpower planning and hiring needs
• Support compensation, benefits, and rewards & recognition programs

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Associate HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) to act as a strategic partner between the HR function and business teams, driving employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations for the assigned business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and managers to understand workforce needs and align HR strategy with business goals
• Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle management onboarding, performance reviews, engagement, and exit formalities
• Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and resolve them in a timely, professional manner
• Support performance management cycles, including goal-setting, appraisals, and PIP tracking
• Analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement scores, headcount) and share actionable insights with leadership
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and internal SOPs
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on manpower planning and hiring needs
• Support compensation, benefits, and rewards & recognition programs
