Job summary

TechnoSport in Tiruppur Region is seeking an HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage full HR operations including recruitment, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role covers employee data, attendance, and audits, with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

The candidate should be an MBA or MSW in HR and possess strong communication and Excel skills to support day-to-day HR activities across our locations in Tiruppur, Perundurai and Vijayamangalam.

Qualifications

• MBA or MSW in Human Resources or related field.
• 2–3 years of recruitment and HR operations experience.
• Knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, and audit documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding.

Job Title: HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Support payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and salary inputs.
• Assist with statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, and other labour law requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
• Maintain HR MIS, recruitment trackers, employee databases, and other HR reports.
• Handle HR data entry, data validation, report preparation, and record maintenance.
• Assist with employee lifecycle activities and day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements

• MBA/MSW in Human Resources or a related qualification.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Good knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, and audit documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and MS Excel skills.
