Rama Pure Water invites an HR Executive to join our Neelankarai, Chennai office. You will handle end-to-end recruitment, manage onboarding and joining formalities, and maintain employee records.

You will support payroll activities, attendance and leave records, plan employee engagement, and handle queries and grievances with confidentiality. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of HR experience and an MBA/PGDM in HR or a related degree, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, HR rounds and candidate follow-ups.
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, joining formalities and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support payroll activities, attendance and leave records.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities to promote employee satisfaction and a positive workplace culture.
• Handle employee queries and grievances professionally.
• Manage resignation, exit formalities, clearance, handover and offboarding documentation.
• Support day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
