Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities across multiple locations.
Maintain accurate employee master data, personal files, and HRMIS records.
Handle confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, and separation processes with proper documentation and approvals.
Support disciplinary actions, including issuance of show-cause notices and assistance in domestic inquiries as per company policy.
Coordinate with payroll teams or account team to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
Verify attendance, leave, overtime, and shift data to ensure payroll accuracy and statutory compliance.
Address employee payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies in salary and deductions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, and Minimum Wages.
Coordinate PF and ESIC registrations, challans, returns, inspections, and statutory communications.
Maintain statutory registers, records, and licenses and support audits and labor inspections.
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and workplace-related concerns.
Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, inductions, trainings, and awareness programs.
Manage exit processes including exit interviews, full & final settlements, and issuance of relieving and experience letters.
