Job summary

Macrocosm Commercials in Bangalore is seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage and support end-to-end HR operations. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and maintaining accurate employee records while ensuring compliance with labour laws.

You will also contribute to employee engagement, training, and performance management, along with MIS reporting and policy implementation to streamline HR processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Manage employee documentation and maintain HR records accurately.
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee database.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and support payroll processing activities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Support employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
• Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics.
• Manage induction and orientation programs for new employees.
