Job summary

Movate in Chennai (India) is seeking an HRBP/BPHR to drive employee engagement and retention initiatives from office-based operations. The role includes managing employee relations and grievances, conducting floor connects and skip-level meetings, and supporting performance management and HR interventions.

You will partner with business leaders on people-related matters and drive rewards programs while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HRBP/BPHR role.
• BPO/ITES industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in employee engagement, ER, and performance management.
